1. Acceptance of Terms

By using My Bot (“A Proper Plague Bot”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Bot.

2. Service Description

The Bot provides a fun way to tally people on things like crashouts or any new category the bot managers decide, along with funny joining and leave phrases, reaction role menus, and a xp and currency system.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users must not abuse the Bot or use it for illegal purposes.
• Users should follow Discord’s Terms of Service when interacting with the Bot.

4. Data Collection

The Bot collects Discord nicknames, user IDs and birthdates (no years) solely to support specific modules. This data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties.

5. Liability Disclaimer

The Bot is provided “as is.” The developer is not responsible for any issues, including data loss or Discord changes affecting functionality.

6. Modification of Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
